Every UMG member is personally vetted. Here is exactly what happens after you apply.

    A partnership advisor reviews your submission, usually within two business days, and reaches out to you.

  3. 3. Vetting

    UMG verifies your registration, references and portfolio so every member in the network is trusted.

  4. 4. Credentials

    Once approved, UMG issues secure Hub credentials and your profile joins the member directory.

Can I create an account myself?
No. The Hub is invite-only. You apply here, UMG vets your business, and credentials are issued to you directly — there is no public self sign-up.
How long does approval take?
Most applicants hear from a partnership advisor within two business days. Vetting time then depends on how quickly registration and reference documents are shared.
What does membership cost?
There is a one-time registration fee plus a membership tier subscription. Your advisor confirms the current pricing for the tier that fits your business.
What do I get as a member?
A verified directory profile, workshops and training, referral fees from fellow members, subcontract opportunities sourced by UMG, and client introductions.
Do clients see my business name?
Directory profiles are anonymised by default. Premium tier members have their business name and ratings shown publicly on Browse SMEs.
How do I check my application status?
Reply to your confirmation email or contact UMG with the reference ID shown after you submit — it identifies your application in our system.
